Hrishikesh’s motivation is to help the younger generation of chef’s and waiters in the United Kingdom by showing them what can one achieve by working hard, taking risks, self-believing and having confidence to go out of the comfort zone to chase a dream.

Hrishikesh has successfully done that at the Gilpin Hotel and Lake House by creating 2 different dining opportunities and looking after almost 40 plus staff members in the team who respect him and work happily within the team.
