A Lyon native, Sébastien has been an associate of Paul Bocuse in the context of the OUEST EXPRESS fast food restaurant chain and the DOCK OUEST holiday hotel since 2008.

As head of marketing of the Ouest Express chain, which has four restaurants, and head of DOCK OUEST (43 rooms), he aims to let his work illustrate the values that Paul Bocuse teaches: excellence and benevolence.

Since the end of his scholastic path, Sébastien has maintained a very close relationship with Institut Paul Bocuse. He has become the new President of the Graduate Association.
