Two school years are held in the 1st year:
  • February, 2019: bilingual course French/English or 100% English Track
  • Fall 2019: bilingual course French/English

Graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse in 2001, Karim Guedouar's international career began in the United States. In love with the country, he quickly becomes Director of the great French gourmet restaurant Aqua located in San Francisco.
