Advanced Culinary Program 

This 2 weeks program allows you to develop your culinary skills, learn new cooking technics and contemporary presentation.

ADVANCED CULINARY PROGRAM is a training course combining demonstrations, practical application and product knowledge.
You will further enhance your culinary skills and discover the added value of new technologies used in contemporary cuisine (vacuum cooking, low-temperature cooking, etc.).
